Extraordinary Attorney

Jason is a humble, honest, compassionate and hard working attorney. He helped me in a felony criminal case. He managed to have all charges dismissed. I don't write reviews very often except when I am extremely disappointed and I want to warn the public, but my experience with Jason Buccat was so amazing I felt that he deserves a positive review. Not only is he an outstanding Attorney, he is also a very good man. Rarely do I meet Lawyers in this city with such integrity, honesty, knowledge and responsiveness. Excellent Job done!!

Mr. Buccat represented myself vs the State of California which resulted in a very positive outcome in my favor. Mr. Buccat displayed the utmost professionalism with great skill and knowledge of the law and our rights. I had complete confidence in him representing me. I highly recommend Mr. Buccat!

Excellent lawyer, one in a million

Me and my family had a very unpleasant experience with a few bad egg police officers. As we all know, officers enjoy an almost untouchable status; to the point there are very few lawyers who will take your case against the police, and even fewer who can do so succesfully. Mr. Buccat listened to our case, poured over our files, processed all our paperwork, and moved everything forward. In the end, we were able to receive a settlement from the city as they did not want to move forward with the solid case Mr Buccat was able to build and represent. We were confident that had we gone to trial, Mr. Buccat would have succeeded in court as well. I had reached out to many different lawyers (around 6 of them), Mr Buccat took the case where others would not even give us the time of day. Top Notch Attorney

Mr. Buccat represented me against the State of California in criminal court, Domestic Battery. In hindsight he probably knew my wife was doing much more than playing a role as an abused wife. I cannot speak highly enough about how professional and proficiently Mr. Buccat defends his clients. He recognized my weaknesses and kept me from being my own worst enemy. He performed in a subtle manner and clearly outlined the details of the case in the closing argument. His patient and non-threatening demeanor was key in defending my case to an acquittal. A man I know, John once wrote an article about how many who hire attorneys, soon forget "the value of the product" they purchased when they hired their legal representative. There will never be a day when I forget the feeling I had driving across the Vincent St. Thomas bridge after my acquittal. Jason Buccat was worth three times what I paid in legal fees. A %100 percent, rock solid attorney, who I shall never forget.

Chasing down Insurance Payout after Family death

Mr Buccat helped us track down insurance payments which these big banks and insurance providers tried to tell us could not be paid for a littany of reasons..if we knew we could work with Mr Buccat before we tried ourselves..we would have saved our family a great deal of time and heartache..about 4 years of time..thank you Mr Buccat
