Can recommend him enough

Mr. Nice Guy Do Nothing
Tells you what you want to hear, then does little to make it happen. I hired him when I was near settlement so he could finalize the numbers and wrap it up, but he wasn't smart or strong enough to negotiate effectively, and I ended up going to court all by myself in the end.
