Mr. Nice Guy Do Nothing
Tells you what you want to hear, then does little to make it happen. I hired him when I was near settlement so he could finalize the numbers and wrap it up, but he wasn't smart or strong enough to negotiate effectively, and I ended up going to court all by myself in the end. He did nothing to help ...

Nice guy but my legal representation was extremely poor. My settlement was rushed and as a result I have unresolved issues still pending. He does not return calls or emails .
