The Impossible was accomplished

My son and his friend got themselves in some trouble, They were arrested for Drunk in public and vandalism. For those who do not know vandalism can be a felony. His friend was bailed out the next day, my son was not, he stayed in jail until he's hearing 3 days later and asked for a public defender to... represent him. I don't recommend a public defender, she flat out lied and advised my son to plead guilty to the charges or he would have a felony on his record and stay in jail until his hearing which could be up to 30 days, she also said that it was the best deal she could get and that the judge was in a good mood so take advantage of it. Her Deal was for him to plead guilty and he would get 3 years probation, he would pay restitution, stay 15 days in jail and it would be a misdemeanor. He was scared and didn't want to stay in jail for 30 days and did not want a felony on his record so he agreed, my son has never been in jail and never been arrested, seems kinda harsh for braking a wooden stop sign and kicking a camera with his friend. When he got in front of the judge and pleaded guilty the judge sentenced him and also added one year drivers license suspension which the public defender never told my son about, my son stopped and asked to talk with his PD and she said that's the best deal and to take it. he felt he had no choice and under pressure of being in front of the judge he pleaded guilty. BAD deal. I was out of town when all this went down, when I got back my wife and I did not feel he was treated right for what he had done wrong so we consulted and hired Cameron Talley, Cameron has done the impossible, he has reversed his guilty plea and negotiated a way better deal, he no longer has a 3 year probation, down to 60-90 days, he has reversed the license suspension, so my son will still be able to go to work to pay for all this, it will be a misdemeanor for 60-90 days and at that point as long as my son stays out of trouble it will all go away and will not have a record.. it will all disappear like it never happened. I RECOMMEND YOU TALK TO CAMERON BEFORE YOU AGREE TO ANYTHING, HE WORKS MIRACLES. Thank You Mr Talley

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Cameron Talley was a legend in the Orange County DA's Office, where I worked with him for many years. He was an extraordinarily effective homicide prosecutor. He was respected by both sides, as well as the judges, for his ability to look at the individual merits of the cases he prosecuted and seek justice with integrity. Cameron's life experience and intelligence led him to stand out among his peers. The defense bar is fortunate to have him join our ranks. I would refer a client to him with great confidence."
