Business structure and employment contracts

I recently was considering restructuring our company as well as hiring two senior executives for which I needed customized employment contracts. I was referred to Brian through a friend and was a little hesitant because I knew his specialty was real estate law. However, after meeting with him I was confident that I was in good hands. My desire to restructure was based on a previous consultation with another attorney. Brian was unconvinced, so he consulted with a colleague with experience in the type of corporate structuring. He then meticulously outlines the potential advantages and disadvantages as well as the cost implications. The end result is that we avoided a extremely costly restructuring and walked away with two strong employment contracts.

Real Estate Lease Breach - Legal Representation

Brian was fantastic in the support he provided me and my company in our lease dispute. He clearly was an expert in this field of practice and provided me with expert direction and most importantly comfort in how the process would unfold. Legal work for Big Brothers Big Sisters

Brian conducted all of the legal work for our recent real estate transaction, which included the sale of our current building and the purchase of a new, much larger one. As we used new market tax credits for our purchase, there were many attorney's, banks and consultants involved in our transaction. Brian did an outstanding job keeping track of all of the various documents, needs and legal transactions/documents each entities attorney's needed. Brian always had our best interests in mind, deeply cared about our mission and made sure that we were favorably represented. Great strategey for a great result

Would highly recommend Brian Davis for real estate related law. In my specific situation I needed a lawyer experienced in lease negotiation. He took great pains to put together a clear strategy which resulted in a better than expected outcome. Very personable and professional.
