Mr Burns from day one was punctual with appointments, phone calls, text responses, emails and always was informative and had answers to my questions. He even got back to me when I had a question during the weekend. The attorney handling my case prior to Mr Burns was the total opposite. Enough said to... that. I was 2 1/2 years into a workers compensation injury claim with a previous attorney when a trusted authority told me my case is going nowhere because my representation was sub-par.
