Bianca Alize Jimenez

Several years ago my grandson was arrested on a drug and fire arm possession charge. I was given Bianca's name by his Public Defender. I contacted Ms. Jimenez who agreed to meet with me immediately. Not, only did she listen with with an objective point of view she went into immediate action to acc...ept his case knowing he had some heavy charges facing him. Upon paying the retention fee Bianca went to see my grandson (the same day she was leaving for vacation) in jail. She gave him assurance she would be at his side working his case. My grandson was frighten as he knew he had broken the law in a very bad way. Bianca worked the case and was able to secure drug rehab for Stephen and I truly believe those were some of the happiest days he spent on earth. My grandson did not have to serve time in prison. His time was served at Theo Lacy in Orange County at Bianca would visit him often to keep him in the loop of what was going on in his case. I have spoken to many inmates who say "they never see their attorneys except in court". I wish I could say this story had a happy ending but it didn't. My grandson got into trouble again and once more Bianca represented him. This time he was sentenced to 6 months in Wasco State Prison. Both times Bianca was professional and at the same time very compassionate to the addiction my grandson suffered and how powerful it was over him. Also, Bianca was sensitive to the needs of the family. All of Stephen's family lived out of state so Bianca would keep all of us informed either by telephone or letters. My grandson lost his battle with drugs on November 4, 2012 Bianca attended his services. What a wonderful attorney and human being she is. I will be eternally grateful to her for the professional way she handled Stephen's case and for always making him feel that he was a person not just a case number to her. I hope I never need Ms, Jimenez services again but, if I did I would not hesitate to pick up the phone and call her. She in my book is a class act attorney.
