Sahar Mahrukh Douraghy

Sahar is very knowledgable! She helped me with all of my Embryo Adoption/Donation contracts and needs. She had answers to all of my questions and even gave me more information I didn't know I would need. She was very fast with her work and extremely prompt respond to all of my questions, comments, an...d concerns. She happily calmed me and got me through each step of the way! Sahar also gave great resources and references for other needs that I had. I would highly recommend her to help you through your lawyer needs!

This review should have been made several years ago and for that, I'm truly sorry. Sahar worked with Christina Maranhao on my case and absolutely took control of the matter. I was, as usual getting steamed rolled by my son's father, a millionaire literally. His team of well paid attorney's launched... smear campaign after smear campaign and he didn't even want custody which was the most confusing, He just didn't want to pay support for his only child who has autism and that's a fact as he made that very clear. Sahar Douraghy was having absolutely none of that nonsense. It was as if she took it personally. It was a matter of principal, of course, but she seemed as though that seriously rubbed her the wrong way. She put a stop to that smear campaign immediatley! No joke! The defense immediately stopped calling my friends the minute Sahar sent them a letter which honestly, it seemed as though it put the fear of God into them. The defense seriously straightnened up after that. Sahar and Christina Maranhao weren't going to be intimidated nor allow their client, a single mother of a special needs son, to be bulldozed in such a shameful fashion. If anyone ever has the misfortune of having to deal with such challenging matters, do yourself a favor and at the very least, get a consult from Sahar Douraghy, I've never seen anything like her nor Christina Maranhao! And trust me, I've had several attorneys in the past who, compared to these two ladies, appeared to be afraid of their own shadows! Thank you, Sahar Douraghy. I needed a review of a Surrogacy Contract quickly. I initially found Sahar via a Google Search and reached out. She responded to me promptly. We had a nice conversation and I obtained her services to review a Surrogacy Contract with an outside agency. I felt her fees were extremely reasonable and fai...r. Within 1 day, Sahar responded back that she had reviewed the (very lengthy 25 page contract). I was so grateful for her fast response, as we are anxious to get the process started. Sahar spent an hour with me going through the contract, and pointing out areas where she felt I should dive deeper, ask clarification questions. She also pointed out areas of risk. It was very evident that Sahar is an expert in Surrogacy Law and she has the best interest of her clients in mind. Her many years of expertise in this area, writing surrogacy contracts for clients, reviewing surrogacy contracts, and working with Agencies, Intended Parents and Surrogates really shined through in her review. She was able to explain specific examples (relative to my contract), where she had a client, or knew of a situation in the past, where the terms of my contract would be an issue. It helped me put into context the legalese, by explaining a real-life situation that she had been involved in. I am so grateful I found Sahar. She's easy to talk to, and gave me the confidence and peace of mind I needed to go back to the agency and discuss points I feel need to be addressed. I highly recommend her!

I hired Sahar Douraghy for a divorce attorney and couldn't be happier with her. Her knowledge of the court system and family law is unbelievable. She knows what each judge likes to see from you in court and will always have you very prepared. She is constantly in contact with you preparing your c...ase. She will break down your best and worst case scenarios so you don't get blind sided, but will also let you know how your judge will properly rule according to how she has seen him rule in the past. My ex wife's first attorney was a hard nose axe swinging attorney who came in trying to cut me down. Sahar was absolutely fearless and ran that attorney through the mud. If you need a cut throat attorney ,Sahar is for you. On the flip side my ex wife's second and third attorney's were not so aggressive. So Sahar was also very sensitive to our situation and worked diligently with those attorneys to settle the divorce as quickly and painlessly as possible with always looking out for your best interests. One of the main things I loved about Sahar is that she tells it like it is. If you are being difficult about anything or fighting over something small ,she will immediately call you out on it and get you to do the right thing. Which is very important during a divorce because sometimes you are fighting with emotions and not doing what is right. I am a father of two young girls. Sahar won me full use of the family home, full use of the family car, 100%sole legal ,physical custody of both children, over a stay at home mother. If that doesn't tell you what kind of attorney sahar is then I don't know. As for her price!!! You can't afford not to have her fighting for. Her rates are very reasonable, but you will feel like your getting a deal with the caliber of attorney that you get with Sahar. Divorce is a battle go into it with the best out there. 5 star doesn't do her justice if I could give her ten stars I would.
