Biography
Sahar Douraghy is a licensed attorney in California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine with majors in Criminology, Law and Society and Political Science. During law school, she studied abroad in the London Program where she served as a Law Clerk for a prominent Family Law Solicitor. After earning her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, she began practicing at a family law firm. After 12 years of exclusive family law practice, Sahar became a founding partner of OC Child and Family Formation Law Group, LLP.
Throughout her law school career Sahar worked for various different public interest groups including, Legal Aid Foundation, The Alliance for Children's Rights, and Children's Law Center. Her past experiences have provided her with a deep compassion and commitment for fighting for children and helping families.
Sahar practices in all areas of children and family law with a major focus on children's issues, minor's counsel cases, custody matters, adoptions, surrogacy/ovum donation, dissolutions, and mediations.
Sahar particularly enjoys helping to create families. She loves working with prospective adoptive parents and birth parents to find a perfect match and bring a child into a loving home.
Sahar's time studying abroad cultivated her love for travel and experiencing new cultures. Sahar is an avid Angels fan, enjoys traveling, attending games and concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Informative and helpful
