R. Allen Baylis

Attorney Baylis was recommended to me by another lawyer who told me he would be the best person for my particular case. The problem with my case is the ticket had been paid and the case was closed. Since I have a CDL this was a major blow to my insurance rate. I spoke with him and had the confide...nce that he would do everything he could even though it looked like a losing battle. I had nothing to lose at that point except for money but everything to gain if he was successful. He did get them to reopen the case. First success!! Now the unbelievable: He successfully argued the case and it was dismissed. I get the fine back that I paid AND the ticket off my record. Priceless.

Allen Baylis really came through for us with a minor traffic ticket out of Westminster Court House (over an hour away) our case was a loser right out of the gate and we knew it but we were hoping the officers wouldn't appear and the case would be dismissed.
