In 2009, R. Allen Baylis represented a client charged with running a red light in Santa Ana based on evidence obtained through the use of a red light camera system. Mr. Baylis took the case up on appeal, which resulted in the published opinion: People V. Khaled (2010) 186 Supp. 1. The Khaled case has resulted in numerous non-guilty verdicts in Orange County Courts.

Multiple dismissed cases
I got multiple speed tickets a couple of years ago, 7 tickets in 1 year, and I had attorney Baylis, who came highly recommended by a friend of mine, work on them. He got multiple tickets dismissed so I didn't have to end up with my license suspended and insurance cost going way up. Excellent job!

Case Dismissed!
Mr Baylis did a GREAT job getting a "camera ticket" dismissed after having it continued every few months for over a year and I NEVER had to even appear. The team communicated with me all along the way and came to a wonderful conclusion! Would highly recommend him!
