R. Allen Baylis

I was caught on a traffic camera for not stopping at a red light in Orange County. A few days later I got a ticket from Orange County court by mail. At the same time I received three letters from three attorneys. After I have read the letters I called to Mr. Baylis office and talked with his secre...tary, I left my phone number with her. A couple of hours Mr. Baylis called me back and he explained me that what can he do for me. ( that's why I like him, he talked with me on the phone ) I hired him to represent for my traffic case. After that he keep in touched with me about my case through the emails. I have never need to go to the court at all. Three months later I received a letter from Mr, Baylis wrote that " The Judge granted our plea which does not incur points on my DMV record " He did what he told me, I am happy for the outcome.

Allen and his team get a 10/10 from me for a few reasons. 1. Allen knows his stuff. He's masterful at what he does and is a straight shooter. No BS kind-a-guy. 2. His team is awesome. Allen Baylis really came through for us with a minor traffic ticket out of Westminster Court House (over an hour away) our case was a loser right out of the gate and we knew it but we were hoping the officers wouldn't appear and the case would be dismissed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case but ...having the peace of mind that Mr. Baylis would be there to represent us and file for traffic school so that nothing would fall through the cracks and $300 civil assessments be tacked on was really a godsend.
