Ms. Sneidmiller is the co-founder and principal of Flemings Bar Review Program. She is the creator of the Flemings Performance Exam Workshop. That program teaches students how to write the performance essays for the California Bar Exam. The Flemings Performance Exam program was very helpful in my preparation and passing the California Bar exam. In 2004, I joined the Flemings staff as a Attorney Reader, critiquing student essays.
