He acted like taking my case was a gift. Michael was hard to get in contact with and overall he had me go through EEOC and other avenues. Even though I got a promotion, I would not recommend him as he is soft, ineffective and a weasel.
Hi, I saw this review this morning. If this is a real review, and not one posted by opposing counsel in a litigation I am currently handling, please contact me immediately on my cell phone number which I provide all of my clients. I only represent businesses, so am confused who this anonymous post is from.

Our experience with Michael Fischer was and still is very positive. He is very professional and articulate and guided us through a very difficult and complex case. His own strategies as well as his willingness to be open to ideas from his clients is very refreshing. We have nothing but good things...

I engaged Michael and his firm to represent my recreational boating rental company in some tough litigation. He handled the case aggressively and efficiently. Michael was professional at all times and always kept me updated. I am thankful for his guidance and results.

Mr. Fischer did a great job for me, I'd use him again.
"Michael Fischer is a dedicated attorney who works tirelessly for his clients to achieve a good result. He is knowledgeable in the area of law and puts that knowledge to effective use. Unlike other litigators who have a tendency to over litigate, Mr. Fischer uses discovery to highlight the strengths of his case and the weakness of his opponents. This often leads to settlements and, of course, cost savings for his clients. My first encounter with Mr. Fischer was on opposite sides of a case, and I must say that it was a pleasure working with him. He possesses that rare combination of skill and personal integrity that is sorely needed in today's judicial system. I have no reservations in recommending him to prospective clients, as I know that their matter will be carefully and respectfully handled."
"Michael represents private schools for all of their employment issues, as well as their corporate and contract matters. He is a fierce advocate for his clients and cares about their success, and they love him."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. Michael was counsel for a co-party in an international trade secret dispute in federal district court. Michael was outstanding in representing his client. That was evident in his court filings and when he argued in court. He achieve a fabulous result, disposing of the case for his client."
