Born in South Africa. Served articles under British tradition and worked as solicitor in Johannesburg.
Joined forces with John McKasson as founding partner of firm in of International Bar Association (Maritime & Transport Law Section), as well as a Proctor member of U.S. Maritime Law Association. Frequent speaker at seminars and conferences. Published articles on international law, commercial litigation, maritime and transportation, and employment issues for companies.
Expert witness before Beijing First Intermediate Court (2008), Supreme Court of Bahamas (2005) and Society of Maritime Arbitrators in New York (2010).
Used to be marathon runner. Fair game of tennis and bad golf. Like old movies.

Poor Service and High Bills
We hired Neil to handle an incorporation and some small contracts. Before we knew it we were charged thousands of dollars for services we did not ask for. When we asked Neil what this was about, we only got the runaround. Do not hire this attorney!
