Jeffery Linehan Heath

Jeffery Heath seemed very knowledgeable and helpful on my first visit to his office. However, after he was paid in full for his services he never return phone calls or emails. He never informed me anything. He never sent me any copy of official documents he filed before hearing. He is so unprofession...al and does not know what he is doing. When I hired him I thought it would get my problems resolved and all he has done is made a huge tragedy for me. His answer was often “I don’t know” when the judge checked some files and forms with him in the Court. He was just in it for the money. He also double booked himself at courthouse. He was juggling between 2 courtrooms with 2 different cases during my hearing. He couldn’t concentrate on answering any one of Judge’s questions.

Jeff helped me in dealing with a custody issue last year & he was wonderful. When I needed help dealing with a new child support issue I was facing, I contacted him right away. He is very knowledgeable & comfortable to speak with. He was there for me when the court date came and kept me ex husband fr...om terminating my child support early. I am forever grateful.
