Jeffery Linehan Heath

Jeffery Heath seemed very knowledgeable and helpful on my first visit to his office. However, after he was paid in full for his services he never return phone calls or emails. He never informed me anything. He never sent me any copy of official documents he filed before hearing. He is so unprofession...al and does not know what he is doing. When I hired him I thought it would get my problems resolved and all he has done is made a huge tragedy for me. His answer was often “I don’t know” when the judge checked some files and forms with him in the Court. He was just in it for the money. He also double booked himself at courthouse. He was juggling between 2 courtrooms with 2 different cases during my hearing. He couldn’t concentrate on answering any one of Judge’s questions.

My first ever experience having to hire an attorney, always thought the worst of the profession. Couldn't have been more surprised or happy. He kept me from making rash and emotional decisions, that I would have regretted later, and what he described for me to expect before the case began, matched th...e results. The guy was honest and available the entire time, nothing more I could ask for.
