Jeffery Heath seemed very knowledgeable and helpful on my first visit to his office. However, after he was paid in full for his services he never return phone calls or emails. He never informed me anything. He never sent me any copy of official documents he filed before hearing. He is so unprofession...al and does not know what he is doing. When I hired him I thought it would get my problems resolved and all he has done is made a huge tragedy for me. Mr. Heath fundamentally understood the game was won in the court room in front of the judge, and so all the cheap shots, bad manners, unprofessionalism, and classic “bull in a china shop” antics displayed by the opposing counsel did little to take Jeff’s eye off the goal: which was to secure a peaceful relationship between my mother and the father and a productive parenting relationship for the good of the children. Jeff’s resolve, sagacity and forthrightness was everything we could have hoped for in not only defending my mother, but ensuring we did what was best for the children; and there’s no question these qualities resonated well with the Judge. Every once in a while you come across a human being who isn’t just a professional – and extraordinarily good at what they do – but also a wise soul who embodies love, compassion, strength, commitment and the ability to execute. Jeff also keeps very good company, his paralegal (named Becky) was extraordinarily top notch and ensured Jeff’s back office ran smoothly so he could focus on helping us bring our case to rest and resolve conflicts on our behalf. I must say this was the single greatest investment we’ve ever made, and I’m so thankful for his support along the way. The results speak for themselves: my mother and the father are once again working as parents to help the children and the kids are happy. No more headaches, no more nightmares, just peace.
