Successful timeshare exit!

My father and I had an excellent experience with Teran Mawhinney and Molfetta law. My parents were stuck in a timeshare that they weren’t able to get out of and the property was going into foreclosure. Teran helped us quickly sign a deed, in lieu of foreclosure with the timeshare company that got bo...th of my parents out of the timeshare. These timeshare companies can be a real pain to deal with, and Teryn and team helped us fix the problem quickly and professionally. Thank you so much much.

What a lier

Hired him to cancell my time share. He told us he would get rid of it in 18 to 24 months. Heard nothing from him after couple months. After the 24 month period I contacted California bar. He lied to them and my case was cancelled. Don't believe any timeshare lawyer especially Mr Molfetta

Do not hire!

I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare contract. After 18 months no work has been done. I've called and no one answers. I've emailed and no response. I've left voice messages and no return calls. Since no work was done I tried to cancel my contract. No luck there either. Don't wast...e your time or money with Molfetta Law.

big mistake

he promised the world but once money was paid, he was impossible to get ahold od and never returns calls or e-mails, had to file a grievance with the bar association and they had hearing and I one and he had to return the money I paid him which than I had to hire another attorney to collect from him,... now he won't return the case file which another grievance has been filed with the bar association and they are saying they will suspend him for not returning my case files for over 18 months, my new lawyer needs them badly, just a horrible experiance, he took a bad situation and made it so much worse, missed filings, constant extensions because he wasn't prepaired, did not show up to hearing in front of bar association arbutration panel but sent another lawyer but my mom who went to the hearing by herself won the case against him without a lawyer because it was so obvious he did not perform his duties as my lawyer and the panel of lawyers admonshid his attorney for the poor performance in this case

This review is simply not true. It was written by or on behalf of a person who is spending his entire life in prison for doing despicable things. I was simply hired to do some post conviction work. Apparently his depravity is my fault...consider the source. Go to State Bar website. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY RECORD OF STATE BAR DISCIPLINE AGAINST ME; MY RECORD IS SPOTLESS.
