Fraudulent activity and theft of funds
They told me that they settled my timeshare commitment and had me sign the release I sent them a check for 8500 to settle and they cashed the check They never sent the check to the timeshare company Obviously fraudelent and out right theft

Worthless lying lying theif
Paid Molfetta 15K to defend me in court and put a lien on a home since I had a $2 million judgment on the owners. He never did anything. Wrote and emailed him multiple times. Saw him 3 times and the last time he said he never said he’d do it. Never would I had given that kind of money to him.

What a lier
Hired him to cancell my time share. He told us he would get rid of it in 18 to 24 months. Heard nothing from him after couple months. After the 24 month period I contacted California bar. He lied to them and my case was cancelled. Don't believe any timeshare lawyer especially Mr Molfetta

Time share!
Molfetta Law did an exceptional job in taking care of my timeshare issue. Although it was a long process, they never gave up on me or the mission of getting rid of my timeshare. I appreciated their tenacity and dedication to make me whole. Great job and great people.

Do not hire!
I hired Molfetta Law to get me out of my timeshare contract. After 18 months no work has been done. I've called and no one answers. I've emailed and no response. I've left voice messages and no return calls. Since no work was done I tried to cancel my contract. No luck there either. Don't wast...
