Aaron was amazing and a perfect fit for us. We had a complicated matter where a large customer owed us a lot of money and was getting ready to file for bankruptcy. I’ve never seen a lawyer with a better understanding of creditor issues and bankruptcy strategy. We were owed more than a million dollars when our customer filed for bankruptcy, which meant we were looking at a massive writeoff. But Aaron got into the case, figured out how to motivate the Committee... and the Debtor, and negotiated a deal that got us paid. We ended up collecting the full balance owed. Just an amazing result.

He managed teams on both coasts and efficiently coordinated efforts that ranged from a bankruptcy case to a UCC Article 9 sale to state court litigation.
