I’ve never seen a lawyer with a better understanding of creditor issues and bankruptcy strategy. We were owed more than a million dollars when our customer filed for bankruptcy, which meant we were looking at a massive writeoff. But Aaron got into the case, figured out how to motivate the Committee... and the Debtor, and negotiated a deal that got us paid. We ended up collecting the full balance owed. Just an amazing result.
