Great Bankruptcy Lawyer

I’ve never seen a lawyer with a better understanding of creditor issues and bankruptcy strategy. We were owed more than a million dollars when our customer filed for bankruptcy, which meant we were looking at a massive writeoff. But Aaron got into the case, figured out how to motivate the Committee... and the Debtor, and negotiated a deal that got us paid. We ended up collecting the full balance owed. Just an amazing result.

Extracted Us From A Huge Mess

A former employee put us in an awful deal. Went into default almost immediately. I work at a bank and Sheppard Mullin was not on our approved counsel list. I got an exception to hire Aaron. He crushed, and got us out of this distressed credit almost immediately at par. Beyond the legal, Aaron un...derstood the business aspects of the deal. A joy to work with. And yeah, Sheppard is now on the approved counsel list.

Loved Working With Aaron Malo And Sheppard Mullin

I work at a large financial institution and regularly hire bankruptcy lawyers like Aaron. This guy is probably the best I've worked with. Smart, always available, hard working, and actually pretty reasonably priced for a big firm lawyer with his experience level. Another in-house lawyer referred m...e to him and I'm sure glad he did. Aaron and his associate did an amazing job on a really tough case for me. Got us paid off in full on a credit that was massively under water. I will definitely use him again on other matters.
