A member of one of the early graduating classes of Chapman University School of Law, Sue Park is now a seasoned litigator. In law school, Ms. Park focused on environmental, land use and real estate law and conducted extensive research for the director of the Center for Land Resources. She also externed for the Honorable John E. Ryan, Chief Judge and the Honorable John J. Wilson (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

After law school, Ms. Park was an associate at Avila & Peros in Irvine and the Costa Mesa office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith where she handled a variety of real estate and construction related claims from inception to trial. Ms. Park represented real estate professionals, developers, general contractors, soils engineers, subcontractors and various other contractors in all types of actions from non-disclosure cases to construction accident and subsidence matters. She has also prosecuted more than 20 mechanic’s lien and stop notice claims to successful resolution on behalf of her subcontractor clients and served as corporate counsel providing licensing and coverage advice.
