Ms. Demers represented me in a LTD (Long Term Disability) case and we won—my claim was finally accepted. I would not have won without her championing my case. I have worked with several attorneys over the years on other matters and she stands above the rest. Her hard work, compassion, attention to detail, knowledge and her skill brought us to a win through a well written appeal to the insurance company. An Incredible Lawyer
Working with Sarah Demers was absolutely amazing. Not only was she a brilliant attorney, there were many nights she pulled double-duty as my counselor. Sarah always kept me in the loop on things, and the case progression. For someone who has never been in a lawsuit, it can be a terrifying experience, and Sarah helped guide me through a very difficult time in my life. Capable and compassionate
Sarah has been a bright spot in what has been a very difficult and uncertain period in my life. Numerous firms had declined to take my case, as it was difficult and unlikely to be won. Despite this, Sarah took my case and was honest and transparent with me throughout about the process and my odds of winning. She and the entire firm have been unfailingly professional, compassionate, supportive, and responsive, and I felt that I could trust their guidance implicitly. My impression of Sarah and the entire firm is that they are true advocates for the disabled and have a genuine passion for helping their clients. Thorough Legal Assistance
I retained Kantor & Kantor to handle my appeal of a denied disability claim. Sarah was my assigned attorney and, in the face of an unrelentingly adversarial disability insurance company, she competently put together an appeal that was successful in short order. Results-driven, with a heart
Sarah headed up our efforts against a large insurance company on behalf of my deceased father. We believed he was wrongfully denied insurance benefits. Sarah understood the problem quickly and set about creating a clear and concise account of what happened from our pages of notes and insurance statements. Believe me, this was no small feat. Still, she worked quickly to achieve a resolution and was a skilled negotiator with the insurance company. Excellent Legal Assistance
My long-term disability was cut off by the insurance company without just cause. A relative referred me to Kantor & Kantor Law. Ms. Demers was assigned my case and immediately set things in motion to get my LTD reinstated. Without having to resort to going to court, my LTD was reinstated in a relatively short time. I cannot over emphasize what a relief it was to my family and me. Throughout the process she was attentive and available to answer my questions. I highly recommend her.
