Super Lawyer

We all make investments, but when your life is at stake, a lawyer has to be the right investment. Kapesh Patel is a lawyer I will recommend to anybody, he’s not just a lawyer who is in for the money (we all know many of those). But he’s a lawyer who will treat your case as if it were him in your shoe...s. He considers his clients, the needs, the stakes, the law. He does not treat his clients like an “ATM”. When I first met Kapesh, I was lost, I was sad, and I had a heavy burden realizing what I had just done. As someone who had been arrested for some serious felonies and not making the right choices in October 2013, I realized that going with a Public Defender would not serve my best interests. On the other hand, I wasn’t sure that any attorney would care and put the effort into my case; I was also scared about the fees. But when I met Kapesh Patel, not only was he interested in my case, he was understanding and made me feel at ease. He saw me as a person, not a criminal or anything else. Not only saw my situation and put himself in my shoes, but he also gave me real hope. He always kept it real, good or bad. He told me exactly what I was up against, my chances, and the outcomes. My case was tough, and in addition to serious time in prison, I was also facing deportation too. However, he still told me no matter what, I am willing to fight for you. He told me you will be “my project” and I am going to do whatever I can to fight for you. And to me, I loved the fact that Kapesh was sincere, honest, and understanding. To be blunt, I was facing 7 years behind bars, Kapesh got me 364 days and prevented me from getting an “Aggravated Felony”, which in immigration is fatal, no hope, deportation for life. I couldn’t believe he pulled it off! Now, I was facing immigration court, and I am in detention for immigration. Knowing my chances were very slim, Kapesh being sincere and honest, still told me I will keep fighting for you and I will not leave your side. I had the serious crimes following me, but in a bond hearing, he was able to convince the judge to release me, it was not easy. And 5 years after my conviction in criminal court and 3.5 years after my immigration case started, God gave hope and good blessings today at immigration court. My ordeal has pretty much ended, and He (God) has given me Kapesh - a lawyer who has stood by my side through the good and bad. I can’t say this about everybody, but Kapesh Patel is someone I would recommend to anyone that is going to face criminal or immigration problems, cause let me tell you Kapesh will give it best and fight harder than you can imagine. Kapesh Patel is a very straightforward and honest man! He was extremely helpful and very professional while helping me with my child support/custody matters. After explaining my issues to him, he gave me hope and insured me that everything was going to be okay. I highly recommend Kapesh Patel because... he goes over and beyond to meet expectations. My Immigration Process

Kapesh was recommended to us by my cousins Luis Salas who used Kapesh services in the past. Our first meeting with Kapesh was short, but he gave us “hope” that our case was would be approved. Kapesh our together a fantastic application packet that was processed with no issue. We are very happy with ...the outcome and the successful immigration process he delivered. Patel is a very responsive and active attorney, whenever I had any questions he was always available to answer, even in the late evening hours.
