Highly recommend!

Mr. Kapesh Patel helped one of our church members in his court case. He is an excellent attorney who goes above and beyond for his client. He responds in an extreme timely manner. He provided an exemplary service! We are very grateful to him. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!!!!!

Fantastic Lawyer

Mr. Patel did a wonderful job with our legal case. He worked tirelessly on behalf of a family member and never gave up. Even when we wanted to throw in the towel, he persevered. When one door seemed to be closed, he knocked on another one. Our family member and our entire family will be eternally g...rateful to Mr. Patel and to his assistance Zinnia for all of their help. Because of their hard work, justice prevailed.

Kapesh Patel

I have known KP for a few years and recently needed his services as an attorney. He is a good friend and I knew he would do his best to help me. We had some setbacks along the way because of the other party involved, but KP persisted as I feel he would have if I were his own family. With his legal he...lp, I was able to achieve my goal. One thing I would like to point out that KP told me after everything was done with is how much easier I made his and his assistant’s jobs. KP and Zinnia were readily available whenever I needed them, but I also made sure to get them everything they needed from my end quickly to speed up the process. I knew KP would try his best to achieve a successful result, but I wanted to make it easier on him as well. KP wants the best for all his clients, and he proves it by how hard he works. If you’re looking to hire an attorney, KP is just a call away.

Misdemeanor case

My wife and I owe so much to Kapesh and Zinnia. What had started off as a perfect day celebrating our 9 year anniversary, ended up in hell as I was wrongfully arrested by the Dana Point Sheriff whilst trying to catch a bus and get us home safely. I was and still am completely traumatized by the whole... experience. Due to new laws put in place by the current government, I then received an email explaining that my working visa had been revoked. Devastated, I had done nothing wrong and had worked so hard to get to this country. With our careers and livelihoods on the line and my current lawyers becoming overwhelmed by the complexity of my case, Kapesh welcomed me with compassion and gratitude. He believed my story and understood the seriousness of the situation. He encouraged me that he would get this sorted and he worked diligently to do so. In the end we managed to settle the case without even stepping foot in the court room and my wife and I can now work towards reinstating my visa and getting our lives back on track no thanks to the awfully incompetent Orange County Sheriff department. Thanks again to KP and Zinnia for everything they have done to help us.

Got the job done!

Mr. Patel is a rare find in an attorney. Someone who understands that this is a service industry and has incredible followup and contact. I was kept informed about my case every step of the way, and when it came time to negotiate a settlement with a difficult opposing party Kapesh really went to bat ...for me and simply made it happen! Extremely satisfied with the outcome of my case and would definitely hire him again!
