Exceptional attorney, amazing personality and professional ethics

Kapesh Patel is the most knowledgeable, reliable and straight-forward attorney you can hire. From day one, together with his assistant Zinnia, he has never failed to make himself available and answer my questions with outstanding sense of urgency. After being referred to him from a friend, I retai...ned KP to help me through a difficult divorce situation which included an emergency ex parte filing for my infant daughter. Kapesh truly has his clients’ best interests at heart, he understands the emotional roller coaster that comes with divorce and he puts his heart and soul into providing the best possible advice. When I contacted him, he advised me on the steps to take and started working on my case as soon as we got off the phone in order to file the necessary forms in a timely manner. He followed up with me in the upcoming days, ensuring that I received all the necessary documents promptly and preparing me over the phone for my upcoming hearing. Although my case never went to court, I am extremely appreciative for how Kapesh handled my case, always showing a positive attitude and being very blunt about possible outcomes. I can’t recommend the Law Offices of Kapesh Patel enough. Thank you again for all your hard work! I will recommend your firm to anyone in need of legal representation.

To the office of Mr. Patel

I was referred to from a personal friend to the office of Mr. Patel. I contacted Mr Patel for advice on my divorce case and how my wife at the time was attempting to take 80 percent custody of our child. Mr Patel gave me legal advice and I felt confident he would assist me in the best possible way. I... hired Mr Patel and he walked me through the process from start to finish, no matter what time I would email or call him he would reach out with a reasonable time. I appreciate everything Mr Patel did for me. Zinnia who also works with him was very helpful always friendly, professional and would have the answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend Mr Patel and am genuinely happy with the end result. Thank you both so much for all your help and for the professionalism that you carry yourselves with.

Adjusting status/I-485, Petition for permanent residency/spouse of permanent resident

We hired Mr. Patel to apply for green card with the USCIS, after getting married in India. My wife traveled from India on a visitor's visa, and then decided that she didn't want to go back and apply for the green card. This would lead to waiting for couple years and then she would be able to enter th...e united states. We didn't want to stay apart for that long. Once we consulted with Mr. Patel, he let us know that there was a way to adjust her status without her having to leave the country. It would take the same amount of time but we wouldn't have to stay apart for long periods of time. Once we made the decision it was a smooth journey all along. Mr. Patel guided us through every step with the personal attention that usually one won't find. We really appreciate the professionalism and care with which this law firm has handled our case. The pandemic did delay our applications but these were just unforeseen circumstances and were able to see this thing through.

Amazing lawyer/Highly recommended

I had an extremely difficult case, even being denied consultations by some law firms. KP not only invited me in for a consultation but he was willing to take on the challenge. I walked in for a consultation and before leaving the office I knew I wanted to hire him. KP exceeded expectations by far. Th...ere is mandatory jail time for a 3rd DUI and KP was able to keep me from doing ANY jail time! I couldn’t be more thankful for the work he put in. KP was very honest and straightforward from the start. He did not beat around the bush, which is something I really appreciated. On top of all the amazing work KP does he also has an amazing assistant, Zinnia. She was always very helpful with any questions or concerns I had, always kind and very thoughtful. KP and his assistant are a great bundle package. I cannot recommend KP and his services enough.

Finally divorced!

KP the best! He helped me from day one to year 2 of my long divorce he was there to explain to me exactly what needed to be done what was going on the good the bad he helped me through, some times definitely got difficult but he never let me down always had mine and my child’s best interest. I cannot... thank him and his assistants Alyssa and Zinnia enough for being patient and just there through the tears and the happiness of it finally ending thank you all. My lawyer definitely had my back and I couldn’t be happier with my outcome. From my divorce to child custody to child support thank you so much KP!!! 10/10
