Best Divorce Attorney

I cannot say enough good things about Kapesh Patel and his team. I was so stressed and paying way too much money (with a different law firm) before I was referred to Mr. Patel through a good friend. Kapesh is honest, professional, knowledgeable, affordable and truly cares about his clients. KP made m...y divorce smooth and painless. I paid exactly what he had quoted me when we met (not a dollar more). He saved me lots of money by preventing long term litigation. Following his advice, I gained control over my divorce. Misdemeanor case

My wife and I owe so much to Kapesh and Zinnia. What had started off as a perfect day celebrating our 9 year anniversary, ended up in hell as I was wrongfully arrested by the Dana Point Sheriff whilst trying to catch a bus and get us home safely. I was and still am completely traumatized by the whole... experience. Due to new laws put in place by the current government, I then received an email explaining that my working visa had been revoked. Devastated, I had done nothing wrong and had worked so hard to get to this country. With our careers and livelihoods on the line and my current lawyers becoming overwhelmed by the complexity of my case, Kapesh welcomed me with compassion and gratitude. He believed my story and understood the seriousness of the situation. He encouraged me that he would get this sorted and he worked diligently to do so. In the end we managed to settle the case without even stepping foot in the court room and my wife and I can now work towards reinstating my visa and getting our lives back on track no thanks to the awfully incompetent Orange County Sheriff department. Thanks again to KP and Zinnia for everything they have done to help us.

Finally divorced!

KP the best! He helped me from day one to year 2 of my long divorce he was there to explain to me exactly what needed to be done what was going on the good the bad he helped me through, some times definitely got difficult but he never let me down always had mine and my child’s best interest. I cannot... thank him and his assistants Alyssa and Zinnia enough for being patient and just there through the tears and the happiness of it finally ending thank you all. My lawyer definitely had my back and I couldn’t be happier with my outcome. From my divorce to child custody to child support thank you so much KP!!! 10/10

Extraordinary Attorney at Law

Mr. Patel, I sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication for taking my case. The most difficult aspect when dealing with legal matters is the stress involved in the process - missed time from work, not understanding the law and your rights, are just to name a few. From the moment we discussed ...my situation, I immediately felt that you took on my burdens and helped me to feel at ease. The result of the case was better than I could have imagined and I want to thank you for going above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. Sunday morning, I was released, walking on streets realizing it was the beginning of my nightmare which lies ahead. Didn’t know what to do, I was very stressed out, and felt cornered in. Few days later, a good friend of mine referred me to Kapesh Patel. I first read his reviews about him, and I... didn’t second guess to give him a call. I spoke to him and I informed him everything happen. He happens to be very professional, straight forward and caring. I forward all my papers to him, he review my case and decided to take my case. He prepared me for what lies ahead with the DMV HEARINGS as it approaches, it didn’t bother me as much, Since my arraignment was delayed 3 months. After the arraignment and was waiting for pre trial, I was dealing with suspended/later restricted license and attending classes plus AA meetings, after all that was done and completed, I was able to get my full drivers license back. Then court approach, my case was drop to wet reckless driving with just paying the fine and 3 yrs probation which was way better deal. Thanks to KP who worked very hard to make everything happen and was able to move on from the nightmare. Anyone reading this please take KP’s advice. Again thank you KP.
