Jenny received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she completed a specialized curriculum in the Business Law Practicum, served as a Junior and Senior Editor of the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal, and competed in Scott Moot Court. She also obtained a Masters of Law in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law as a Merit Scholar and received first honors in Tax Procedure and Administration. Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine where she served as a student lecturer for Social Sciences 20: Model United Nations.
Jenny is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She lives in Irvine, California with her husband Patrick Clinger, who is founder of , and daughter. They share a joy for tabletop board games and can be found teaching and playing amongst their friends and extended family.
