Yufei (Fei) Li is Counsel in Fox Rothschild LLP’s Tax and Wealth Planning department. Fei counsels individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation often involving multi‑jurisdictional considerations.

Her practice focuses on U.S. clients, including business owners, entrepreneurs and multi‑generational families, many of whom have assets, family members or planning concerns spanning multiple U.S. states and international jurisdictions.

Fei is a trusted adviser to clients navigating planning decisions involving significant wealth and long‑term legacy planning. Clients rely on her for sound judgment, technical precision, and practical solutions where careful structuring and coordination are critical.

She works closely with clients to design and implement comprehensive estate plans aligned with their broader financial, tax and family objectives, including:
