He made decisions that adversely affected my case and never consulted with me for the correct answers. He had a fiduciary responsibility to ask me questions and to get the correct responses on medical bills, he charged me for records he never picked up or needed because he requested them only days b...efore the settlement.

I have worked with this firm in a couple of cases. A personal injury case a few years ago and again recently in a business transaction. On both occasions I received very sound advice. In the personal injury case I was being sued by someone who was at fault for the accident but thought could get money... out of my insurance because they had high medical bills. The way Mr. Assanti handled the case prevented the other person from continuing with the litigation against me and had to dismiss the case. On the business transaction, Mr. Assanti reviewed all documents to make sure we entered into a fair agreement and advised us on how to negotiate better terms. On both occasions, I felt I was being taken care of by a caring and knowledgeable professional. He was responsive, and effective in his communication both with me and the other party. I would recommend Mr. Assanti for all your legal needs.
