Working with James Burns on our estate planning has been painless and effortless on our part. He answered all of our questions in terms that were easy to understand and comprehend. Our initial visit wasn't rushed and we didn't feel like we were just another potential client. We truly felt James took a personal interest to make sure we understood how he would be helping us protect our assets for ourselves and for our family. James - you did a fantastic job putting our concerns on Probate to rest by helping us put the Living Trust in place. I am relieved that my family is taken care of should anything happen to me. I greatly appreciate you walking me through the end-to-end process. You were very patient answering our questions and found a great solution for us in putting the trust, will, and power of attorney in place. I did not realize the risk I had exposed my family to without having a will, trust and power of attorney and advanced directive in place. I am glad I have taken care of all the details now.

Excellent Attorney for Wills
We reached out to Mr. Burns to update our will to meet California standards. It was quick and easy with some paperwork before our meeting and then two short office visits to discuss and then sign. Mr. Burns was cordial and has done so many wills that the process was very easy and efficient.

Consistency, timeliness and loyalty
I have had the great fortune of working with James Burns in multiple arenas. Working with attorneys and any profession for that matter can be hit or miss with the masses jumping moral ships in search of easier voyages. Not James, his consistency is spot on making it easy to trust him in difficult and challenging situations as he shoots straight and follows through.
