Employment Litigation – plaintiff representation:
Ms. McQueen represents individuals in all areas of employment litigation (e.g., discrimination, harassment, retaliation, termination) and also provides employment counseling to a variety of companies on every aspect of the employment relationship. She is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA), the California State Bar Employment Law Section, Past Chair of the State Bar Solo Small Firm Section, and an author and speaker on employment law, practice management, and water law.
Ms. McQueen is an Orange County Bar Association Board Member ("OCBA") and Past Chair of the OCBA Solo Small Firm Section. She was selected in 2007, 2012 and again in 2013 as a Southern California Super Lawyers "Rising Star" and was recognized as a 2013 Top Women Attorney - Southern California Outstanding Young Women Lawyers by Law & Politics and the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine.
Ms. McQueen earned her J.D. degree from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, CA and is admitted to practice before all California State courts and all federal courts in California.

Ms. McQueen served as Chair of the State Bar Solo Small Firm Section in 2011. Ms. McQueen is also very active in her local bar association serving in such varied volunteer positions as OCBA Board of Directors (2007-2013), Chair of the OCBA Young Lawyers Division (2007), Chair of the OCBA Solo/Small Firm Practitioner Section (2006).
Ms. McQueen currently serves the OCBA as Co-Chair of the OCBA’s Bridging the Gap Committee.
