Construction defect

Serge is very analytical and is always right on to what need to be done next. He is like a master "chess player". He knows the next 10 moves when his opponent makes one move. We are very fortunate to find Serge to represent our case. While most attorneys did not want to take our case but one, Serge t...ook our case and we won.

He saved us from a lot of problems.

We spent months trying to find someone of his caliber. He made that search worthwhile. The office is so careful and professional about everything they do and Serge was really an advocate on our side, picking out all of the strongest points of our case. He made sure that was all heard in the neg...otiations. I strongly recommend his services.

Very capable litigator.

I retained Serge for a constructuction defect matter in connection with leaking windows. I found him to be an outstanding lawyer, and would not hesitate in recomending him to anyone. Contractor Fraud Suit

Serge and his firm were very instramental in getting back over $500,000 from a contractor who built our new home and padded his bills so he could use our money to build a new home for himself.

Giant Slayers

We are a small contractor being cheated out of money by a very large contractor simply because they believed their size and resources would crush us if we litigated. Serge was not intimidated by their size or their law firm. He was loyal to us and stuck with the case as they continually stalled and... stalled hoping the cost would drive us away. He proved that honesty and superior skills will triumph. Our award was well over seven figures.
