There's no one better than Serge!

Finding the right attorney for a construction defect or real estate case can feel impossible, but hiring Serge Tomassian was the best decision I ever made. Here’s our story: My grandpa’s dying wish was for my grandma to finally have her dream home updated after decades of living in the same house ...since 1964. Unfortunately, the contractor we hired took advantage of us in every possible way: delays, overcharging, cutting corners with unsafe and substandard materials, and ultimately abandoning the project and leaving us with a half-finished, unsafe home. To make matters worse, the first attorney we hired (not Serge) dragged our case out for years, costing us time, money, and endless stress, with no results. By the time I found Serge, I was emotionally and financially exhausted, caring for my grandma in a tiny apartment, and ready to give up. But Serge Tomassian changed everything. From day one, he was ethical, transparent, professional, and aggressive when needed. He immediately took control of the case, explained the strategy clearly, and kept me updated every step of the way. His communication was excellent. When I had questions, he and his incredible team (Brenda & Karen are amazing) always responded quickly and with compassion. Most importantly, Serge delivered results. Outstanding job! Very complex case.

Mr. Tomassian's firm represented our group of homeowners in a complex landslide case. The other side wanted to settle for peanuts. Mr. Tomassian made sure that did not happen! Ethical, consistent and truly sincere!

Serge Tomassian and his firm have represented me for several years and I have found that he and the other lawyers in the firm to be ethical, hard working, knowledgeable and result orientated...
