Apparently Dennis in California is over seen by Ryan, according to the reseptionist. I was told signing up i would have WEEKLY contact. This was a concern i had and the made this comittment. I recieved a total of 4 phone calls spoke twice on the phone and recieved 2 emails with questions. Through ou...t the whole process i recieved one update after 3 months total. It was great news, that they were able to reopen my claim. In the same conversation i requested to be kept in the loop. Dennis asked for mw to provide some documents and information last. I sebt all i had and was told for another document, he had to request it. I sent him an email stating they would not release it. I recieved nothing for another 3.5 weeks and then got a letter they couldnt determine who was at fault. Not to mention Dennis didnt even have the correct intersection which i provided prior to. Long story short, 5 total months no communication, lack of effort to get up to speed. Also when you ask them for communication, they dont want to take the time to. Then make excuses to drop it if it takes to much time. Not even a good excuse for not having the apprpriate info. They cant even tell you personally why, they send a letter and then REFUSE to take a phone call, instead of the out of the office excuse.

Unfortunately I was in an auto accident where a driver ran a red light and Tboned me which totaled my car, caused physical and emotional damages. I knew I had to seek legal help when I saw the driver denying fault. I had never been in this situation before and all this legal stuff was new to me. He e...ventually admitted fault however thankfully I sought out legal help because come to find out he only had the state minimum insurance. The at fault driver took a lot from me that day and I was sad and scared. That is when Avrek Law stepped in for me. I didn’t understand the process of anything before I worked with them but now have a pretty good understanding of how everything works. They helped me work with his insurance and also my own. In the beginning the process seemed stressful but my case was forwarded to Alyssa, Anthony and Ryan -THEY WERE AMAZING! Alyssa is very quick reaching back to me. I loved her communication and she always responded to me in a timely manner. I enjoyed her energy, personality, and how well she educated me! You could always hear her smile through the phone. Anthony was pretty straight forward, honest and always replied within a timely manner... and Ryan was very prompt very energetic and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable! Ryan knows his stuff and he knows it well. I enjoyed working with all of these people here at Avrek. The process was a long wait but it really was worth the wait- sometimes it takes a little time, patience, knowledge and communication which the people I listed above all possess these qualifications- They fight for you and accept only the best case scenario for their clients. Though I will miss the communication with them I know I have an awesome legal team on my side if I ever need again. Thank you everyone for your hard work for me it is appreciated more than you know.
