I grew up in Southern California and am a die hard USC alumni and fan. Since I was a freshman at USC, I have worked for attorneys that helped those that were injured in accidents. I went to law school at George Washington University, a top 25 law school, and focused on classes that would help me defend the rights of those that have been injured.

Since becoming an attorney in 2007, I have worked exclusively for a midsize plaintiff's litigation firm in Santa Ana, California. There I had the opportunity to work on hundreds of cases every year, from intake to trial and appeal. However with the high caseload, I missed the opportunity to dedicate my time to the individual in every case

Now, as a solo attorney, I look forward working with my clients on a one and one basis to guide them through the legal minefield of personal injury law and maximize their recovery. I am located in Chino, California, however I can meet you where necessary.

Excellent Consultation Experience

Fernando answered the phone, listened to my scenario, and provided prompt competent answers to all of my questions. He was the only attorney I found able to do so with a valid California law statute. If I ever need a personal injury attorney, I would retain him.

excellent attorney

Mr. Brito is a great attorney. I called him last minute for questions and he made himself available in his office right away. Not only did he answer them all, but he went beyond what I was expecting to help me. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. He also speaks Spanish.

Client comes first

From day one Fernando advice me through my options before deciding to proceed to court. He was always communicating throughout the entire process. Fernando would always answer any legal question I had, and if he did not have the answer he would find out and call me later. He would call me to know the process of the case and would make sure I would turn in the correct paperwork. I would highly recommend Fernando because he was an honest, reliable and hardworking person.

Genuine care for the best interest of his clients

Fernando provided me with guidance about how to proceed with a personal injury claim and whether or not it would be in my best interest to go to court or try to settle on my own. The consult was free and he did a great job of setting my expectations and explaining things in plain language in a way that a non-lawyer could understand. Miss

I was involved in a multiple party car accident in November 2017. I was referred to attorney Fernando Brito Jr by a co-worker. I called two other attorneys for consultations. Through my first phone interaction with attorney Brito my first impression was that he is a very knowledgeable and most importantly an honest, and kind-hearted attorney. He doesn’t know who I am, never met me in person, yet his advice is in my best interest. Instead of trying to make money of me, attorney Brito gave me free consultation and advised that I don’t need an attorney until I am taken to court. Then I can contact him for his service. I am very grateful for his help and kindness. In the event I’m taken to court I’m confident that attorney Brito wI’ll be my lawyer.

I was in a car accident and Fernando was my attorney. He always took my calls, and kept me updated as to any developments in my case. At mediation, he was tough and would not budge when the defense made ridiculous offers. At the end, he was able to settle my case for more than I anticipated. I am glad Fernando was my attorney and was able to help me through the legal system.

Excellent Attorney

I recently had a case that Fernado represented me and my family on and he did an excellent job. Fernado explained every step of the process and why we were taking the steps we were taking he was very kind and patient with me, he always kept me involved with updates and he would call me to inform me what was happening with my case even if it was no news he would let me know what we were waiting for . I had to have 2 surgery's to recover movement in my arm and he was able to get me with great doctors and specialist were i was able to recover 90% of my movement. I would recommend him and his law firm to nay one seeking an attorney.

One of the best attorneys I've ever dealt with

I was in an accident that resulted in major dental injuries and a knee injury. The parties involved were difficult to deal with and Mr. Brito did a superb job of dealing with them. He is courteous, soft-spoken and far more tenacious than a pit bull. He and his assistant kept me informed at all times, and gave me excellent advice; he strived to achieve a quick resolution to my lawsuit (it went on just over a year, which is pretty darn fast). The lines of communication were great and Mr. Brito was very honest with me, letting me know what would work and what wouldn't, and why. In light of what the opposing party has been through in the last few years with their own litigation issues, I am very satisfied with the amount for which we settled. I would recommend Mr. Brito any time. And I know from attorneys. I was involved in a 15-year divorce and custody battle from 1994 to 2009, and I dealt with attorneys of every caliber. Mr. Brito is one of the top two lawyers I have dealt with in nearly 20 years, period.
