Nader "Nick" Davaei is an Attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California who represents clients in Special Education and U.S. Immigration matters. As a former Special Education Teacher and Special Education Due Process Coordinator for one of the largest school districts in America, and as a former Special Education Advocate, and now an Attorney, he has worked with hundreds of students with special needs and has assisted many families through various special education administrative proceeds. In addition, prior to becoming an Attorney, Mr. Davaei served as a Law Clerk and full time Immigration Paralegal for a successful immigration law firm in Orange County where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of U.S. Immigration Law. As a person who has personally seen the immediate impacts of a child with special needs, and as an immigrant who came to this country at the age of 12, he possesses a true empathy for all of his clients.
