Biography
Nader "Nick" Davaei is an Attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California who represents clients in Special Education and U.S. Immigration matters. He has been involved in the area of special education for several years. He has assisted many families with the IEP, 504, SARB, Manifestation Determination, Expulsion, Due Process and Fair Hearing proceedings and has appeared before the California Office of Administrative Hearings. He has also been involved in the area of U.S. Immigration for several years and currently represents domestic and international clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, 'USCIS', U.S. Department of State, Executive Office of Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. Immigration Court, in all facets of U.S. Immigration Law including: immigrant and non-immigrant visa; asylum; deportation defense; permanent residency (Green Card) based on family, employment and INVESTMENT (EB5); as well as citizenship; appeals; deferred action and work permits. As a former Special Education Teacher and Special Education Due Process Coordinator for one of the largest school districts in America, and as a former Special Education Advocate, and now an Attorney, he has worked with hundreds of students with special needs and has assisted many families through various special education administrative proceeds. In addition, prior to becoming an Attorney, Mr. Davaei served as a Law Clerk and full time Immigration Paralegal for a successful immigration law firm in Orange County where he gained valuable experience in all aspects of U.S. Immigration Law. As a person who has personally seen the immediate impacts of a child with special needs, and as an immigrant who came to this country at the age of 12, he possesses a true empathy for all of his clients. Mr. Davaei is committed to offer his clients personal attention on every case and the assurance that he can be reached directly as and when needed.
