Bad Car Deal

Replied last September 25, 2015This case involved the purchase of a Rolls Royce Classic Car. My client paid $25,000 cash for the purchase of a classic Rolls Royce- but failed to have it inspected by a mechanic before closing the deal. Under the exquisite exterior was a vehicle that was rusted under the paint, and had severe mechanical issues. After filing a lawsuit I was able to negotiate return of the Vehicle in exchange for payment of the $25,000 plus fees for transportation.
