After Registeri ... ng the case in California, we requested the 14 year old child speak with the Judge regarding his wishes to move in with his father. The Mother opposed the Request for Order, but the father was ultimately successful in obtaining full custody.

I routinely represent Plaintiffs who contracted with Contractors for construction work done on their home. In one recent case, a client paid $70,000 for a kitchen remodel from a Licensed Contractor. Th ... e work performed was below the standard of care in the Industry, and the clients were left with a barely functioning kitchen. The Contractor threatened to file bankruptcy, so my client ended up settling via a Stipulated Judgment. The Contractor pays my client monthly until the agreed upon amount is satisfied. If the Contractor defaults, we can enter Judgment and begin collections.
