I briefly interviewed with Atty Lazo. I read another party review stating how patient he was . He was not with me, very, very short with me, even when I asked in advanced whether he handled FTCA federal government employer/employment administrative claims. He said yes. I briefly discussed several tor...ts and he stated that the firm didn't take this type of claim. Prior he asked if I won a monetary judgment in (1) of (3) settlements agreements. If he doesn't know about me or the circumstances why is he asking if I won monetary award. What difference does that make when the harassment/wrongful death/retaliation/sexual assault/threats by police/circulation and publication of defamatory false claims resulting in false imprisonment etc... for (5) years ongoing, incidents are still occurring hence the reason for the contact. Collecting owed monetary awarded was not the purpose of my contact, wasting my time. Not good.

Mr. Lazo was hired very quickly over the holidays as I had a pending default that I was unaware of, and working for enforce a lien that was part of an abstract of judgement that was awarded in 2014 due to divorce, including breach of fiduciary relationship, fraud, and misrepresenting facts. I have b...een through 6 attorneys through the course of the divorce. Basically told there was nothing we could do to enforce judgement. Once Mr Lazo became involved, he worked tirelessly on my behalf. I have never had an attorney more understanding, compassionate and intelligent. He understands complicated issues and never backs down. He always answers questions, doesn’t make you wait and ponder issues that can change the trajectory of your life. I would wholeheartedly, without reservation recommend their law group if you are serious about your situation. Don’t waste time or money elsewhere.
