Michael Keadjian

Mr. Keadjian founded Keadjian Law, P.C., a law firm focused on providing businesses and business professionals with legal services in the areas of corporate transaction, corporate formation and governance, commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counsel and business law services.

Michael graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1997. He received his law degree from University of California, Hastings School of Law in 2001 and conducted a judicial externship with the San Francisco Superior Court, Civil Law and Motion Department.

In 2001 Michael joined the San Francisco office of Luce, Forward, Hamilton and Scripps where he worked as an associate attorney. Mr. Keadjian has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2001 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California. Michael is also a licensed California real estate Broker.

Michael is an experienced merger and acquisition attorney who chaired the M&A and corporate finance department of Wilson Keadjian Browndorf, LLP prior to his departure in 2019.  Michael has represented clients in acquisition and financing transactions totaling over 600 million dollars and serves as corporate counsel to numerous private clients.

Michael has negotiated and prepared a wide variety of commercial agreements including terms and conditions of purchase and sale, joint venture, distributorship and representative arrangements, consulting and other services contracts, confidentiality agreements, employment matters, noncompetition agreements, licensing arrangements and other similar matters.
