It is not true also because since she loses the lawsuit, you have to pay the attorney fee for the individual you are suing.

Be ready to lose money in the following way: 1. She loses almost every single argument in court and costs you the case 2. She charges you fees that is far beyond your imagination. Reason: she drags a trial estimated to be less than two hours on for days. (How else do you think her cheap rate woul...d help her with her rent?) 3. Since she has lost and also wasted time of the opposing counsel, you will pay for the time of the opposing council as well
