Biography
David L. Lewis has spent his entire legal career as an employment law attorney advocating a strong position for his clients. He has a reputation as a tough and smart litigator, and has extensive trial experience in both Minnesota and California. By leveraging this reputation and experience, Mr. Lewis has achieved numerous favorable outcomes for his clients. Mr. Lewis represents individuals in all areas of employment law, including employment discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, FMLA, and wage and hour claims. Mr. Lewis is licensed to practice in Minnesota and California.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lewis received a full tuition scholarship at Western State University College of Law in California where he graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate. Mr. Lewis also received a Masters in City Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Minnesota. In addition, Mr. Lewis previously served as a legislative aide in the United States Senate, where he was responsible for crafting legislation related to employment and labor issues.
