I was in a car accident and Art handled the case really well! He is very professional with I would very highly recommend him for his impeccable service. Every time I reached out to him with a question, he took out the time to answer them. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He is... very hard working and dedicated. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable lawyer. I was very happy with the outcome of my case and I would reach out to him again if the need arises.

Being an attorney myself, I know an excellent attorney when I encounter one and throughout the many years I have known and worked with Art he has been professional, knowledgeable, courteous to a fault, and an all-around fantastic attorney. I was driving south in my car on a local side street. After stopping at a 4 way intersection stop sign, I pulled into the intersection. A young man driving a utility van (headed east) , ran the stop sign and drove into the driver the side of my car. The impact was so hard it completely buckled t...he car door and I was thrown side ways, injuring my neck, back and hip. I was taken to the E.R. for emergency medical treatment then admitted for observation. While in the hospital, a friend suggested I called Mr. Arthur Hausmann, an attorney she was familiar with. When I called he was not available, however within 20 minutes he returned my call. After briefly explaining the details of my accident Mr. Hausmann offered to come to the hospital to talk to me in person, which he did that same afternoon. Art was very informative and explained that he would need to get a copy of the police report and to review both drivers insurance policies before making any recommendations, as he did not want to mislead or misinform me in any way. He said he would request and review the the documents immediately, then he could advise me how to proceed. Art is extremely bright as well as very knowledgeable on the workings of insurance companies. He answered all my questions as to what to expect, and assured me he would be available to guide me whenever I needed his advise on this case. True to his word, Art kept in touch on a regular basis, keeping me informed on the status of the case. A few times, although there was nothing new to report, he called simply to check how I was feeling. I believe Art represented my interests to the best of his ability. He made sure all my medical bills were paid in full and negotiated a very generous settlement from the insurance company. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs top notch legal representation.
