We hired Richard Green to file a BK to save our house. He knew we wanted to save our house and the BK was the way to go according to Mr. Green. So we trusted him to do the right thing in filing the paperwork. When it came time to go to court, we found out he did not file the correct paper. It was the small details that he overlooked. Mr. Green had to plead to the court acknowledging his mistake. Thus, he filed the wrong BK and we lost our home. He did not care enough to pay attention to the details. I would never recommend him to anyone.

I consulted with 3 different Avvo 5 star rated Immigration attorneys over the last 3 days. I must say, Rick was by far the best. My case is rather complicated and he took the time to research case law on his own, post to his network and come back to me with the best course of action that would be best/least expensive and most of all safest as dealing with USCIS is always a risk. Richard went far beyond a normal consultation without even being asked.
By comparison, I also met with the #1 Avvo rated immigration attorney located in Irvine, and after paying for a consultation fee, all I got was a one hour pitch on why I should spend a lot more money on a retainer for him. I brought all my documents and the #1 Avvo rated attorney didn't even look at them, while Rick studied each page. Needless to say, there was no comparison. If you need a honest, hard working guy who loves what he does, not loves charging your card for fees, go with Richard Green!

Mr. Green helped with a US citizenship application. He was well versed in the law, and had obviously handled many similar cases in the past.
He took the time to explain details of the process and discuss concerns. He was very responsive and answered each question right away. He returned emails and phone calls promptly. His instructions were clear and to the point which made it easy to follow them.
I was impressed that he knew how best to respond to an apparent error on the part of the government agent in charge of the case.
He did what he promised and accomplished the goal.
