My now ex went through a bankruptcy with Rose, at first she was great and attentive. Then she just changed and became very mean towards her and didn't want to answer her questions. She just made a very bad thing even worse and did I mention, she was even late for her court date andcouldn't even pick ...up the phone to let her know.

Rose Clayton was recommended to us by a Southbridge bankruptcy lawyer who closed his practice to become a bar advocate. We met with attorney Clayton once in August, agreed upon a fee, and provided all documentation requested. Subsequently there was no contact, other than by her staff. It's our unde...rstanding she has been suspended by the Board of Bar Overseers, her office on Park Avenue is closed and those she left in limbo are looking for answers, return of case files and documents and the return of fees.

Hired her to handle my Chapter 13 case. All was well until I had a problem a year later. She was stilll my attorney whom I was still paying. I have been trying to reach her for 4 months. No calls, no responses to letters from myself or other attorneys acting on my behalf. Three months ago, I filed to... have her remove herself as my lawyer, still has not been filed. Her non- communication has caused me copious amounts of time and massive finiancial issues. I would not recommed this attorney.
