What I really liked was he gave to the point, straight forward, easy to understand answers to my questions revolving about H1B/EAD/GC. I can see that he enjoys helping people and is a very likable personality as he seemed ver...y jovial. Mr.Green was recommended by my cousin. I consulted him about my wife's F2 visa. Although I did not hire him (it was too small a case to hire an attorney. He was being honest and advised me not to.), he patiently heard my case and gave me guidance on how to go about it. This proved really crucial in ...my case. The man knows his stuff. We hired Richard Green to file a BK to save our house. He knew we wanted to save our house and the BK was the way to go according to Mr. Green. So we trusted him to do the right thing in filing the paperwork. When it came time to go to court, we found out he did not file the correct paper. It was the... small details that he overlooked. Mr. Green had to plead to the court acknowledging his mistake. Thus, he filed the wrong BK and we lost our home. He did not care enough to pay attention to the details. I would never recommend him to anyone.
