Mehran Ron Chini

Ron Chini has done an amazing job in assisting me with my issues with a DUI on not one but two instances. Back in December 31st 2020 I received my first ever DUI in San Diego County for a Misdemeanor . And then a second within 2 months on February 16th 2022 in San Bernardino county for a Felony DUI w...here I fell asleep behind the wheel and hit someone. As this was of my own fault and mistakes at the time Ron was able to help me salvage my life, and assist me to the upmost standard. He was able to push back the dates for my San Diego court so the court related orders I had to do for both San Bernardino and San Diego so the DUI class I had to do satisfied both counties. For San Bernardino county I was arrested and in Jail for a small period scared not knowing what to do Ron was able to coordinate with my family on recommending a Bail Bond something my family wasn’t knowledgeable on and they were able to help us at a discounted rate. I was originally looking at 6-12 months of county Jail but Ron was able to work with the prosecution and get me only 90 days of work Release that I later switched over to house arrest. He also had the ability to get me on a conditional drivers license early on that I did not take advantage of because I did not have a car at the moment back in August 2021. But now it’s October 5th 2022 I’m coming up on the last few months of my DUI classes and the last thing I have to do is pay my fines, Until my license can be re-instated. Ron has already re-assured me that once my probation will be finished I’ll be able to take my case back to court and have my felony dropped to a misdemeanor and then later expunged so it is off my record. I would highly recommend the level of care and assistance he provides, because my situation could have been a complete different story for me if I had someone else as my attorney. A DUI attorney is someone I hope anyone reading will never need to call, and a mistake I vow to not make again but if you ever do need to call someone Ron Chini is your man.

I was arrested for a DUI one afternoon on my way home from work. I found Ron a couple of years ago due to two back to back dui’s 5 days apart! After speaking with Ron, I felt very comfortable and new he was the right guy, the lawyer I was looking for. Ron handled everything for me! Because of Covid the case took a lot longer than expected but through the process h...e was always there for me! He made sure I was ok and led me down the right path. He was up front from the start, he helped me with my first and hopefully last Dui I was so stressed when I got it and he eased it and handled everything professionally! He lets you know when you actually have to show up in my case I only had to go to court after the matter, in the end I wasn't able t...o fight it but I feel like I got off easy no jail time or community service and a minimal fee.
